A person with a few hundred followers and a phone can now out-earn a weekend job by posting from an account nobody knows is an ad. Some of them reportedly clear around $6,000 a month. The setup is simple: open a second profile, post short videos that sound like one regular person recommending something, and get paid by the brand, or by the agency or app that sits between the two.
